The Health on 12th - Sheldon M. Chumir Centre in Calgary, Alberta Canada is a $65 million eight-storey, 285,000 square foot Community Health Services Building including a 438-stall underground parkade.

The new Community Health Building will include a large variety of users and groups including Urgent/Primary Care, Chronic Disease, Mental Health, Clinical Support and Non-Clinical Support. It will be the primary centre for the Downtown and Beltline.

In keeping with the Beltline initiative, the new building will not reflect historical design, but rather modern ideas and materials. The exterior skin will be a unitized curtainwall system with highly efficient glass. On the main floor, a storefront/display window concept will highlight activities.
