Husky’s new office building in Lloydminster Saskatchewan will house staff providing administration services to its regional operations. The glass, three storey building will incorporate “green” or energy efficient technologies and practices, and will be built adjacent to Husky’s existing office building at Ray Nelson Drive (Highway #16) and 45 Avenue. The focal point will be a three-storey atrium and staircase visible from outside the facility. Features include flexible, large open areas, an interpretive center, high ceilings, cafeteria, casual seating areas, elevator lobbies on each floor and a fitness center. Total interior space will be approximately 105,000 square feet.
CGI is working on a design assist basis with Gibbs/Gage Architects and construction manager Cana Management on this project.
The project is a 3 story building consisting of 45,500 SF of Exterior Aluminum, Glass & Glazing made up of Fulton Windows high performance Fulwal 4 unitized curtainwall system along with 1200LF Custom Sunshade engineered by CGI.
