Main North Lofts is Royal Oaks most prestigious loft living environment, poised at the gateway of a community steeped in rich urban tradition and cutting-edge style and a downtown location. To be built on five acres at the northeast corner of Main Street and 11 Mile Road, the development would ultimately consist of three nine-story towers with 265 residential units, about 88,000 square feet of retail space and about 27,000 square feet of office space. Main North units will range from 1,000 square feet to 2,500 square feet and sell for $270,000 to $750,000 in the North Tower.

Architects are Victor Saroki and Associates Architects PC and the construction manager is Turner Construction.

The project consists of Fulton 5 1/8” deep 1200 fixed thermal series complete with Fulton’s 2000 series extruded aluminum open-in projecting hopper windows . The vision glass is 1” insulated units consisting of 6mm Clear annealed glass for the exterior lite with 1/2 “ air space and a 6mm Sungate annealed for the interior lite (Tempered where applicable). Patio doors are Sunview 1200 Series HC40. The exterior finish is PPG Duranar (2 coat)”Sea Wolf” and the interior finish is PPG Duracron S600 “Sea Wolf”. There is 37,000 square feet of glass total, all manufacturing and assembly completed at CGI Plant in Windsor, Ontario.
