CGI is pleased to announce it's involvement in the $105-million redevelopment of Palliser Square. CGI is working on a design assist basis with general contractors PCL and architects Gibbs Gage. We our proud to be part of the construction team.

The Palliser Square development includes two 26 storey office towers, each on either side of the Calgary Tower located at 101 – 9 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta and an additional 18 storey office tower on 10th Avenue SW. Two office buildings designed to flank the Calgary Tower at approx 430,000 gross square feet per tower. It will be a phased project with the west tower being built first.

The project proposes two new state of the art office towers rising above the existing four story podium of Tower Center to complement the comprehensive development known as Palliser Square. The initial design endeavours to highlight the Calgary Tower while not competing with it. The massing of the two new buildings was intended to reflect the surrounding context, enabling the restaurant and observation levels to remain above.

With approximately 130,000 square feet of glass the project consists of Fulton Fulwall IV Unitized System.
