St. John Health’s Providence Park campus is rich in natural beauty, and the plan is to keep it that way. The campus will preserve existing green space, wetlands, foliage and wildlife habitat. You’ll be able to roam through gardens, or you can walk or run the fitness path that will encircle the campus.
Other highlights include:
• Medical Office Building - A spacious office center housing physicians from a diverse and comprehensive range of specialties
• Ambulatory Surgical Center - Utilizing the latest technology and specializing in orthopedics, podiatry and pain management.
• Adult and Community Education Services facility - A partnership with the Novi Community School District
• Fitness and Wellness Center - Offering a comprehensive array of activities for all ages

CGI was awarded the Providence Park Hospital building envelope on a design assist basis. Construction Manager (Barton Malow), and architect (NBBJ) awarded CGI this project based on past successes, technical capacities, and value added services associated with a design assist model.

Through the design assist process CGI successfully value engineered a 18% reductions in the building envelope, while maintaining the architects full design intent.

CGI is responsible for the entire building envelope of Providence Park Hospital. This includes 200,000 square ft. of Fulton Fulwall IV unitized curtain wall system complete with glazing, Prodema composite wood panels, and porcelain tile.
