The Sherman Hospital Replacement and Campus Redevelopment in Elgin Illinois is a $310 million, 645,000 square foot project. It includes 255 beds, six floor inpatient bed tower, Emergency Department with seperate ambulance entrance, an attached Medical Office building center, as well as a Cancer Care Center adjacent to the hospital.

The project consists of 85,000 SF of Exterior Aluminum, Glass & Glazing made up of Fulton Windows 1200 Series Aluminum Sash Windows, Fulton Fulwal 4 Curtainwall and Fulton High Span Curtainwall which include Casement Vents, insulated backpans, aluminum panels and interior stools. The finish is Duranar 2 coat Khaki PPG paint color on the exterior and 1 coat Duracron Khaki PPG paint color on the interior. The glazing consists of 1” insulated Guardian Glass Products and ¼” fritted spandrel glass with etched and dot options.
