Approximately 70% of CGI’s business is done on a design assist basis. We maximize efficiency by connecting early on with the client, construction manager, and architects, so that we can build a strong foundation for the project. Our early involvement and real-time feedback allows us to detect and resolve design and constructability issues immediately, which results in reduced RFI's, change orders, and other issues that may arise during construction and reduces costs that would normally occur due to late-stage design changes and errors.
