We are incredibly excited to announce that we have been awarded The Well, located in downtown Toronto. This innovative, mixed-use complex is centrally located at Front/Spadina and will consist of seven buildings including: three condominiums, three apartment rental towers, an office building, and offer unique shops and restaurants. The neighbourhood connects to the King St. West and Entertainment District, making this area a hub of energy and culture.
