The new Chemical Bank Headquarters will be located at Woodward and West Elizabeth in Detroit. The tower will be a 20-storey, mixed-use building, with approximately 7,500 sq. ft. of ground level commercial space and 185,000 sq. ft. of office space, a rooftop terrace, and ten-storeys of parking. This new project is expected to help revitalize the downtown core by bringing approximately 500 workers to Chemical Bank, as well as an array of new tenants to a once vacant area of the city.
