Meredith Block is a seven-storey, mid-rise office building with four levels of underground parking. The main floor is for retail tenants, while the remaining six upper floors are designated office space. The project achieved LEED® Gold certification. CGI worked in a design assist capacity and used the OBE 6100 series high performance unitized curtain wall system with composite metal spandrel panels, and Guardian Sunguard SN-62 high performance Low-e glazing composition.
