This building houses provincial courtrooms, Windsor Police headquarters, and the offices of judges and justices. It faces south and is a seven-storey glass and concrete structure. Along the south front are concrete columns rising to a wide header at the second story. The windows are horizontal with small square shaped windows on the seventh story.
