The upper portion, Autograph, provides a high-end boutique experience that includes a restaurant/lounge and rooftop patio; while the lower portion, Courtyard, caters to urban travellers and business professionals. The hotel will focus on promoting local art, design, and cuisine; contributing to the economic growth and sense of community in Calgary. The hotel is projected to be completed in May 2022.​
